our team provides its clients with focused and multidisciplinary
competences: in-depth knowledge of local markets, operating expertise,
financial know-how, risk analysis and control and innovation.
Strong of this diversified experience in both real estate and loan management FreeState Partners can provide tailor made solutions to its clients through acquisition, management and disposal of assets.
FreeState has only a handful of clients such as Opportunistic US Funds, listed North America REIT, Institutional/strategic French investors.
Inception to date the buy & sale activity total to 580 mn , sourcing the majority of the acquisition opportunities, in 3 different countries in Europe (France, Belgium and Italy).
